Working on the Virginia Water Pavilion for The Crown Estates was great because the building was in a one-off and the setting and was very picturesque. I have returned many times with my family as a visitor. Completing the Nexus Head Offices in Braintree; the client was considering postponing the scheme as Covid hit, but chose to continue after much discussion. In the end we managed to deliver a stunning building on time, with some good value engineered savings and all this despite the adversity going on in the country.
