Barry’s has experience across a wide variety of construction sectors and backgrounds has seen him work on projects from £300k roofing repair schemes to £100m residential blocks in Greenwich. Barry’s specialist area of expertise is his understanding of the planning process and development of design through early RIBA stages to construction and completion. Barry’s knowledge of this vast scale of projects is invaluable to each scheme he works on and ensures technical design details are delivered to the highest standard and the design management and coordination is smooth and effective throughout the project programme.

Roles & Responsibilities
Barry leads the design process on D&B projects to producevaccurate coordinated information in line with the agreed specification and cost plan / estimate. He acts as the primary contact for consultants, client and production teams with regards to design issues and ensure effective flow of information between relevant parties.

Memorable Achievement
A great achievement for me was having the opportunity to play football on Tottenham Hotspurs pitch at White Hart Lane and being Managed by the Great Pat Jennings.
