Kevin is a dedicated individual who works excellently as part of a team or leading. One of Kevin’s strengths is being able to prioritise tasks and individuals to ensure deadlines are met and projects are successful for both Ashe and the client. Kevin excels in a demanding environment which is why he heads up the operational side of Ashe Roofing.

Role & Responsibilities
Monitoring progress, staffing levels and performance on all contracts. Recruitment and allocation of production staff. Convene and chair monthly management meetings with fellow directors to discuss progress on site. Convene and chair monthly contracts managers meetings with the MD as well as quarterly production meetings. As director responsible for safety, constantly seek to achieve the highest standards in safety, welfare and health and liaise with the health, safety and environmental manager on all safety matters on a daily basis. Co-ordinating meetings as and when necessary to maintain the progress of the works.

Memorable Achievement
My most memorable achievement is DJing at various London clubs from 1995 to 2010. I’ve seen so much of London’s nightlife and these are memories I’ll never forget.
