I joined as a trainee planner and with Ashe’s training and support, I was first promoted to planning manager, then to my current role of Pre-Construction Framework Manager. I have a small team of planners who work with me to take a range of projects through to construction.
This role involves liaising with clients and consultants and staying across the progress of project designs, to make sure they meet the required budget and all parties are happy before we start on site.
Achieving my Masters from the Chartered Institute of Building was a really significant moment. It has given me the platform to progress through the company. Ashe is very supportive of anyone who wants to develop skills that will enhance their career and support how we serve our clients.
I’m moving from pre-construction frameworks to the role of contracts manger. My aim is to make sure each project I work on is a big success, so we continue to win repeat business with our clients.
