Removal and replacement of existing pitched roof coverings, including new underlay to maintain the roof's insulation and protect against water infiltration. Replacement of battens was needed as its critical to ensure the structural stability of the roof. Leadwork detail, flat roof refurbishment and associated works were also successfully completed, making improvements to the overall roofing system.
